Teacher's Attitude

Motivation is one of the most important aspects realate with student's learning, because professors’ attitude in the classroom can affect the second language learning process. Students have goals and teachers can help students to catch up their goals. sometimes teachers do not care about student's problem, but it is important to take care about students’ problems and anxieties. Motivation is a complex process where teachers must change our attitude.

Defining educational innovation


At present our society is having differnt changes, some of them are good and some not, but we have to take advantage in which are good. we as a teacher when we are teaching ESL we must innovate our classes, not just about technology also innovate is about curriculum develop. Curriculum innovation is a complex, multidimensional phenomenon. The importance of continuous innovation as part of professional and organizational development, particularly as circumstances in the wider environment are constantly changing. Many teacher say "I can not change or innovate my classes because I do not have technology en my school suach as computers, internet and so on". Those teachear continue with the same activities that they have been develop from many years ago. What is the problem with this situation that students get bored about the class and the teacher. Also they do not want to go to English lessons because they do not enjoy or learn something new in English. Teachers must be creative and well organize in order to have a successful class. Some characteristics of renewed and innovative practice are classes should not be routinized, good atmosphere in the classroom, good participation of the students, interaction between teacher and the students, teacher can varied strategies, methods and techniques, where the teacher learn about the community and background of the students and adapts the curriculum to the real word and the student's needs.

Helen Keller

Helen Keller suffered a deafblindness. Her deafblindness was caused by a fever. Their inability to communicate in such an early stage of development was very traumatic for her and her family, because of this, it was nearly impossible for a while. Even though she could do different things with her life such as write, read and comunicate with others. She work very hard in order to overcome these kind of imcapacity. But she had a big help of her governess her name was Anne Sullivan. She also wrote books and gave conferences.
